Green Card

When traveling abroad by a motor vehicle, out of the borders of the R. of North Macedonia, it is obligatory to possess a Green Card, which is an extension of the territorial MTPL policy cover.

It is compulsory and in case when you are responsible for the car accident, your insurance company will cover the losses to third parties in the accident.

• material damage (vehicle damage, objects on the road);
• non-material damage (injured persons, killed persons, medical expenses due to accident) and all the requirements in accordance with the applicable laws where the traffic accident occurred.

Validity period of the Green Card is identical with the validity period of the MTPL policy.
