Insurance of passengers in public transport

With motor vehicle liability insurance of passengers in public transport, the owner of the vehicle insures his legal responsibility for causing damage to the passengers.

With this insurance the policy holder (owner of the vehicle) insures his responsibility for causing damage to third parties in case of death, bodily injuries, impaired health and medical cost pursuant to the law on Compulsory Traffic Insurance.

Insurance policy price list for one passenger:

• 4.500 euros in case of death,
• 9.000 euros in case of disability and permanent impaired health
• 2.200 euros in case of temporary disability and medical cost.
